2023 Rosé OF SANGIOVESE
Our 2023 Rosé of Sangiovese from the Mazzoni Vineyard is a
delicate shade of light salmon, with a subtle hint of pink, reminiscent
of an early sunset in Alexander Valley. The bouquet unfolds with
hints of nectarine, grapefruit pith, notes of honeysuckle, and the
essence of mandarin. Evoking sun-kissed orchards in bloom, this wine
is bone dry and medium-bodied in profile. That balance of acidity and
the purity in color is a testament to our unique winemaking process,
the Sangiovese is freshly pressed whole clusters fermenting in custom
concrete eggs to bring out the subtle wet stone minerality. A perfect
patio wine.
2021 zinfandel
The 2021 Estate Zinfandel from Mazzoni Vineyard has a captivating
bouquet of berry aromas with refreshing menthol and spearmint
notes. It offers a vibrant medley of red, blue, and black fruits,
complemented by hints of Chinese five spice and cardamom. The
wine is medium-bodied, elegantly rounded, and has a striking ruby
hue. Upon decanting, it reveals layers of fennel, black licorice candy,
and raspberry compote.
2021 Reserve zinfandel
The Reserve Zinfandel is a full-bodied wine from
Alexander Valley. This 2021 vintage has a luxurious and smooth texture that
attracts you to explore it from the first glass to the last. It has a
beautiful garnet color, saturated cherry notes, and hints of nutmeg
and baking spice. The finish has a meaty, untamed quality that
lingers. Pair it with wood-smoked pork ribs dipped in BBQ sauce.
This wine is a true reserve, and it can be kept in the cellar to drink
now or later for special occasions.
Wine Club Pick-Up Experience april 13th
Exciting news! This year, we're shaking things up to make our pick-up event even better. Simply reserve a time block - either 10:30-12:30 or 1:00-3:00 - and head to our production facility for a fun experience. You'll get to taste our newly released wines and enjoy a paired bite at each station as you explore the facility. It's going to be a progressive event that's sure to be a crowd-pleaser! Plus, before or after the event, don't miss a chance to check out our newly renovated back patio and our brand new Wine By the Glass menu.
