Our 2022 Rosé of Sangiovese will ignite your palette! Less skin contact creates a lighter color and more phenolics of the freshly pressed whole clusters fermenting in our custom concrete eggs. Provencal in style but distinguished in Alexander Valley the bright nose of strawberry and pink grapefruit pith lead to a note of clove spice. Rich upfront on the palate showcasing strawberry and kiwi with a hint of citrus zest gives way to a wet stone minerality and a bright, mouthwatering acidity.
